Best Extra Long Pampas Grass for Tall Vases and Home Decor
The best extra long pampas grass depends on whether you want natural stems, artificial branches, or the greatest listed height. These five options range from 37-inch faux grass to 55-inch natural pampas grass. Choose the 55-inch option for maximum height, the 20-stem set for a fuller natural arrangement, or an artificial style if you prefer a faux display. Compare the listed height, material, and stem or piece count with your vase and decorating space before choosing.

Scarcity 55-Inch Natural Pampas Grass
This is the tallest listed option in this selection, at 55 inches. The product name describes it as natural pampas grass and positions it for weddings, parties, farmhouse decor, and boho home styling.
Best for: Buyers who want extra height for a tall floor vase or a prominent decorative display. Its listed length makes it a better choice than the 37- and 40-inch options when height is the priority.
Consider: The provided product name does not state the stem count. Check the listing details if you need a specific quantity for a large arrangement.
40-Inch Natural Pampas Grass, 20 Stems
This set lists 20 natural stems, each described as 40 inches tall. The product name also identifies weddings, parties, farmhouse decor, and boho home decor as intended uses.
Best for: Buyers who want more stems in a natural arrangement. Compared with the 10-stem version at the same listed height, this set provides a larger stated quantity to work with.
Consider: Its listed height is 15 inches less than the 55-inch option. Choose another product if maximum stem length matters more than the listed 20-stem count.
40-Inch Natural Pampas Grass, 10 Stems
This natural pampas grass set lists 10 stems at 40 inches tall. Its stated decor uses include weddings, parties, farmhouse interiors, and boho-inspired rooms.
Best for: Buyers who want a smaller stated quantity than the 20-stem set while keeping the same listed height. It can suit a more restrained arrangement or a buyer who does not need as many stems.
Consider: The set lists half as many stems as the 20-stem option. If you are filling a broad vase or want more stems available for arranging, compare the larger set.
Wavwavw 4-Foot Artificial Pampas Grass
This artificial option lists four stems at 4 feet tall, with green and grey coloring. The product name describes it as tall reed grass and a floor-vase filler for home, wedding, farmhouse, and fall decor.
Best for: Buyers seeking a faux arrangement with a listed height of 4 feet and a green-and-grey palette. It is taller than the two 40-inch natural options, though shorter than the 55-inch natural product.
Consider: The listing names four stems, fewer than the nine pieces in the mixed-color faux option. Compare quantity and appearance needs before choosing.
37-Inch Mixed-Color Faux Pampas Grass
This set lists nine artificial pampas grass pieces at 37 inches, or about 3.1 feet. The product name describes the branches as mixed color and intended for floor-vase filling, boho farmhouse decor, and wedding decor.
Best for: Buyers who want a faux arrangement with more listed pieces than the four-stem option and a mixed-color look.
Consider: At 37 inches, it is the shortest option in this comparison. Choose a taller product if you need extra-long stems for a high floor vase.
Buying Guide: How To Choose Extra Long Pampas Grass
How tall should pampas grass be?
Measure the vase and the space where the arrangement will sit. Compare the product’s listed stem length with the height you want above the vase. The options here range from 37 inches to 55 inches, so the tallest listed choice is not automatically the best fit for every room or container.
Should you choose natural or artificial pampas grass?
Choose natural pampas grass if natural material is your priority; the three natural listings in this comparison are described as such. Choose faux pampas if you prefer artificial stems. The artificial options list different colors and quantities, so compare those details rather than assuming they look or feel the same.
How many stems or pieces do you need?
Use the listed count as a comparison point: the options specify 20 stems, 10 stems, four stems, or nine pieces, while the 55-inch product name does not state a quantity. A higher count gives you more listed pieces to arrange, but the ideal amount depends on your vase and the look you want.
What should you check before ordering?
Confirm the listed height, material, color description, and quantity on the product page. Check whether the stated measurement suits your display, especially if you are shopping for a tall floor vase or an event arrangement. Do not compare products by height alone: stem count and material also differ.
